We are looking for Senior Transformation Specialists to join our growing, dynamic team, at an exciting time to become part of Tonic.
Specifically we are looking for self-starter Senior Business Analysts, with domain expertise across both Securities Lending and Repo.
Successful candidates will leverage their transformation and domain expertise to accelerate the definition and delivery of our clients’ business objectives, by playing a key role in critical project deliveries.

Vendor RFP creation (possible)
Solution selection and design recommendations
Validation of IT functional design
Business process definition
Test script creation and test governance
Operational procedures creation
Input to project status updates
RAID identification and tracking (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Extensive Transformation experience performing all Business Analyst tasks specified above
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
Hands-on experience within Securities Finance business - Strong domain knowledge of Securities Lending and Repo transactions
Detailed understanding of the end-to-end process workflow for Securities Lending and Repo, including Trade Capture, Pricing, Inventory Management, Collateral Management, Settlements, Reporting, Billing and more
Strong experience with both Fixed Income and Equity products, in the context of Securities Financing
Understanding of the range of Securities Finance business models, including but not limited to Agency vs Principal trading, Bilateral vs TriParty, Indemnified vs Non-Indemnified models, Sponsored Member model
Experience of onboarding to key global Repo Clearing Agents e.g. Eurex, FICC, etc
Understanding of the capital and liquidity impact of Securities Lending and Repo products
Working knowledge of current regulatory landscape for Securities Finance (SFTR, MIFID2, CSDR, SEC 10c-1)
Previous involvement within vendor selection processes
Confident and strong communicator, with all levels and types of stakeholders
Business-oriented, but able to work with technology, data and legal teams
Strong Microsoft Office application skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous experience working as a consultant
Previous Project Manager experience
Business Analysis qualification
Project Management qualification
Familiarity with key market vendors for Securities Finance
Hands-on experience with legal contracts for Securities Finance i.e. GMRA, GMSLA, etc
