We are looking for delivery-focused Senior Project Managers to join our growing Tonic team, with a proven track record of planning and delivering projects successfully, on time and on budget.
Successful candidates will leverage their expertise to accelerate the definition and delivery of our clients’ project objectives.
ROLE DESCRIPTION (A SUBSET OF)
Project initiation
Project planning
Business case creation
Milestone tracking
Management of project resources (internal & external) and additional resource needs
Preparation and governance of high-quality project documentation
Project status updates
Management reporting and escalations
Definition and implementation of communication strategy
Charing working groups, Steercos and other meetings as required
Project budgeting and tracking
Vendor management
RAID identification and tracking (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Team time management and tracking
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within Financial Services
Experience working within OTC derivatives collateral
Confident and strong communicator, with all levels and types of stakeholders
Capable of producing high-quality project documentation i.e. project plans, status updates, materials to accompany key stakeholder decisions
Hands-on experience delivering high-profile regulatory and compliance projects
Capable of working within Waterfall and Agile project frameworks
Team leadership, management, and delegation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience as a Business Analyst
Business-oriented, but able to work with technology, data and legal teams
Strong Microsoft Office application skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project and/or equivalent planning tools)
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous experience working as a consultant
Experience delivering UMR collateral regulatory changes
Experience delivering projects within a Collateral Administrator
Experience of the Triparty & Third Party Custody models
