We are thrilled to be announcing Emma Watson into the role of Programme Manager at Tonic.

Bringing to the table 25+ years of diverse international capital markets experience, Emma has worked across a range of product, operational and strategic transformation roles at Tier 1 banks and service providers.

At Tonic, Emma will be implementing her deep skills via a client-centric, inclusive approach. She will partner with our institutional clients to accelerate and execute complex, multi-year programmes.

More About Emma

Emma has held key roles at JP Morgan, where she spent >18 years, including as Transformational Change Programme Director for OTC Derivatives. Emma has also owned a Senior Collateral Product role at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), where she supported development and execution of the product strategy for the Austraclear CSD and the ASX Triparty platform.

Emma is a passionate runner and big advocate of ‘healthy body, healthy mind’. She also spends time passing on her wealth of experience through the mentoring of top industry talent.
