We are delighted to introduce the most recent addition to Team Tonic, Jor Molchan, as our new Head of Americas.

This is another key step in Tonic’s footprint expansion.

Jor will be responsible for helping our Americas clients to execute their critical business goals, via our expertise-led suite of services, covering Advise, Transform, Educate & Operate streams. 

Jor will help ensure that Tonic meets our clients’ quickly evolving needs, via close relationship support and delivery management.

With his wealth of leadership experience, covering both consultancy and major financial institutions, Jor aligns closely with Tonic’s expert-led service model.

More About Jor

Jor has held a number of key roles throughout his career, including Senior Director at Publicis Sapient and Head of Global Custody Agent Network Integration at BNY Mellon. Jor started his career as a Securities Lending trader at State Street.

Within these roles, Jor has managed multi-million dollar books of work, overseen major delivery in financial services and energy verticals, and led advisory and transformation engagements across a variety of domains.

On a more personal note, Jor loves hiking, trail running, jeeps, Boston Bruins hockey and spending time with his wife Lorelei, their many nieces and nephews and Chief, a wheaten terrier.
