It is our pleasure to announce the newest member of Team Tonic, Robin Cowling, who has joined as Senior Transformation Leader.

Robin brings over 25 years of industry expertise to the table, including a wealth of specialist transformation experience.

At Tonic, he will be applying this experience to implement new end-to-end transformation target operating models and deliver key strategic initiatives for our long-term, trusted clients.

More About Robin

Within Robin’s long and established career so far, he has held a number of prestigious positions in banking and financial services and has been responsible for delivering complex programmes of change across front office, operations, risk and regulatory compliance.

Some of his key roles include Head of Projects and Operations at Danske Bank, COO for FICC Operations, Trade Finance and Risk & Regulatory Management at Barclays, Head of Credit Derivatives Change at Barclays.

Robin likes to keep active in his spare time, playing tennis regularly and enjoying holidays with his family – especially skiing!
