It is with great excitement that we welcome Sanjeev Dhiman to Team Tonic, as our Global Head of Client Management, immediately joining the Tonic Senior Management team.

Sanjeev will be responsible for helping our clients meet their critical business goals, including commercial growth, regulatory compliance, improved resilience and More, via our tailored set of Tonic expertise-led services.

Tonic’s specialist service suite will be owned by Sanjeev - covering Advise, Transform, Educate and Operate - across our expanding set of high-growth capital markets domains, including Collateral, Post-Trade, Risk, Treasury, Digital, Legal and More.

Sanjeev will also own relationship management and business development practices within Tonic, collaborating closely with our clients, partners and the Tonic management team, to help ensure client success.

Sanjeev is a proven executive-level leader, with over two decades of experience in business and technology within the financial services sector. Sanjeev excels in strategic vision, proposal definition, relationship management, business development growth market expansion.

Previously, Sanjeev has held prestigious roles including Chief Business Officer at Fimatix, Digital Transformation Lead at Publicis Sapient and Head of Professional Services at GFT.

In his spare time, Sanjeev enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends. He is also a big wine enthusiast and is currently undertaking his WSET Sommelier Level 3 exam.
